Seidr was a type of magic practiced in Norse society.

She rides a chariot pulled by two cats and is accompanied by the boar Hildisvíni.

Freyja owned a magical cloak of hawk's feathers, which allowed her to transform at will. She assists other deities by allowing them to use her feathered cloak.

Freyja rules over her heavenly field, FÓlkvangr, where she receives half of those who die in battle. The other half go to the god Odin's hall, Valhalla.

She is the owner of the necklace Brísingamen, (brísingr a is a poetic term for "fire" or "amber"). The name is an Old Norse compound brísinga-men whose second element is men "(ornamental) neck-ring (of precious metal), torc". 

She also practiced divination. 🔮

The cat is her sacred symbol.🐈
